    These are load, kilo-ohm resistors, one terminal is on ground, the other on +.

      lotas thank you for that clarity. The other kilo-ohm resistors have continuity so it confused me. So I'm assuming that is good so I need to start working backwards.

          1.TCON_12_ON = 3.38v for half a second then down to 0v
          3. EVDD_ON = 0v then when I hit power button goes to 3.38v then to 0v once red light is present.

          Here are the picture below where I started at pin 1 on both PSU to MB then PSU to TCON. I noticed that R712 does not have continuity, is it supposed to have continuity? R712 also flashes 12v on one side for half a second.
          dont miss with PSU,, you have SOS signal coming so the MB turn off t-CON 12 & EVDD, to work around
          try
          1- disconnect the socket of EVDD only from the T-CON driver boards then turn on..... yours sign TV start the audio Optic output lit red
          2- if No 1 didnt help... put back the EVDD plug in place. and just disconnect the lower LVDS from T-CON and turn on check same sign on MB

            Forgive my ignorance Diah is this is incorrect. When I unplug the circled socket (I'm assuming this is the EVDD) I get the same result.
            When I disconnect the LVDS from the T-CON (see picture) boots and I hear audio.

              is the audio optic output lit red on the mainboard?

                    1. Optical turns red for one second then goes away as the red light starts to blink again
                    2. Optical turns red and stays red as the TV is on and I am getting audio with no display and no red blinking light.

                        Man be careful the disconnected LVDS didn't make contact with Chassis because its active now,,,, this why we disconnect it from MB side .

                          I'm not getting anything from the three sockets connected to the T-CON board. I disconnected the LVDS from the MB as well, thanks for that.

                            you said TV booted and you hear sound... so it mean MB send to PSU t-con 12 on and evdd on

                              T-CON 12 = 0.01v (I notice this jumps to about 3v when I hit the power button)
                              EVDD ON = 3.38v

                                  All pins are 0v after unplugging everything from the PSU and testing the pins that go to the mainboards.
