You will need to replace EVERY Sacon cap. I have recapped EVGA and SOYO boards covered with these caps.

Yeah, it is pretty interesting. I decided to toss it though, just thought I'd share it with everyone and it's always fun to make fun of Sacon

I probably would have tossed it too. Unless I'm doing it for a customer, I only re-cap stuff which I can get something worthwhile on fleabay for. Unfortunately, you'd be lucky to get $10 for a Socket 478 board.
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards

            Not just a S478 board - a S478 board with ISA slots

First eBay hit from a Google search for SY-P4I845PEISA is $487-72 b.i.n. for a "refurbished" board
better to keep quiet and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt

$480 for a board that old? What a ripoff!!!! even with ISA Slots.

thats the extreme high end price that will likely never sell .
but its well worth fixing.not too common any more.
wish i would have caught him before he tossed it.i would have paid the postage to get it.
i occasionally need this type of board.

Damn. I figured no one would have wanted it! I would have gladly shipped it to you. If I see any more come in I will try and snag it
