some more precise informations, sorry for bad quality of picture (the picture above was taken on internet and not exactly correspond at edm-033)
2 pictures here with mesures description and diode mode readings :
picture 1 : side of APU and at f7002 location. here fuse is blown but no short at its sides, the short is on the 1.8v line (i think it is) at the extreme right.
picture 2 : on the opposite side of APU but exactly at the same location of f7002 circuit, here short on the bottom line. i think it is the same line as the APU side where i found the short.

some news, bad news
i finally find that f7002 is blown, a find dead short on 1.8v line.
i have injected 1.2v 2amp courant, the only thing heating up is the other side of the board, circuit with A2 buck converter (right?) ,
on this side : (check the picture) short to ground is indicated
when i inject on test point 1 : the coil at the right heating up, and when i injected at the upper side of this coil , the chip heating up
when i inject on test point 2 : nothing is hot....nothing !!!

ps5 edm-033 dead after hdmi/usb ports destroyed
hello guys,
i need help to repair a edm-033 ps2
history : as always hdmi port and usb ports destroyed after unplugged
after change them, ps5 dead too : 1 beep, no blue light. after inspection 1.8v power was shorted, and because of dead panasonic chip. after remove it : no short anymore
so i changed it
now i have got 5v stby,, 3.3v stby, 3.3v power, 1.8v power and no short on them
but the ps5 is dead again : 1 beep, near 10 seconds with power lines and then off, no blue light ...
i don't see any projection of liquid metal on pcb.

i have got a dell latitude that posts only few times, and shutdown itself sometimes too.
i think it is a bios corruption : when i unplugged de bios battery and reset bios, the laptop posts fine, several times. but when i put the battery back, it fails again.
i tried a bios find elsewhere, the laptop boots fine every time but the bios is locked (it was just to test)
here i send you original dumps avec the laptop with chips name
the serial tag is : VD453
can you create a functionnal bios with this ?

i try to build clean ME region firmware with the tutorial. but i'm stuck,
i succeed to extract u52 ans u53 files, fusion them in one file, check ME region with uefitool : it is region 7
but i can't find ME region firmware (step 2 ) because in dell site i can only download EXE file and can't extract bin file with any tool : 7zip, rar or other.

i've got a probleme with a laptop precision m4600
the guy that brought me this one tried to update bios but don't know wich one it used
actually the laptop post, got dell logo for long time then "ME in recovery mode" message
so i think bios is corrupted
as the laptop is hard to dismentle i would like to try flashing it with usb drive, but i think direct flash from dell site firmware will not work.
can someone can build a bios for me ? the service tag of the laptop is : FYNZ4S1

since i've tried to flash bios after hpunlocker , with ch341a 1.18 and asprogrammer but they say me that the lenght of my files is too high (as the original dump too now). 1.30 of ch341a didn't notice that.

i've just got a macbook air 820-00165 motherboard.
ppbus_g3h is short du to c7313, a tantalum 62uf 11v capacitor.
my problem is that i haven't got any capacitor like this.
can i leave c7313 empty as there is many many capacitor on g3hot line ?
