Did you remove the caps and test them off the board? It sounds like you do not have backlights for the screen. Need good clear pictures of the screen assembly so we can see the wires of the LCD panel. From you pictures I cannot tell if it uses high voltage for the CCFL backlights or LED backlights type.

      it's led - i had one.
and it's a nightmare to strip because they put glue over all the ribbon-connectors!

The capacitance measurements are fine. C4 and C14 are in parallel, so you should see around 122uF. Also, C16, C17, C20, and C24 appear to be in parallel. You're measuring the combined capacitance of all those caps.

So, how to fix it? Is it lcd inverter? can i connect this lcd from car to inverter on pc lcd or laptop lcd inverter, to se if i have backlight? or it will burn lcd?

it will destroy the dislpay panel if you connect it to an invertor.

                does the touchscreen work?
i mean - is it *just* a backlight problem?

o.k. press the eject button to make the front open and put a music cd in it.
if it takes it in and plays it we can assume it's working.

I don't know how is this receiver, but since the display is moving, it may be a broken ribbon cable also.
This is why, I don't like the 7" screen receivers or the flip out ones.
Did you try using a flashlight on the screen, while playing a DVD, to see if there is an image on the screen?

with flashlight i don't see nothing on the screen, even if i put the cd in, nothing happens, only cd start to spin and that all, if i press any buttons on the screen or on remothe is only beep sound, if i pres eject or up and down than display moves down

Check the ribbon cable for damages, between the LCD and the main unit.
I'm not familiar with this receiver, some pictures may help.

If he can play a DVD and buttons beep, in my opinion the system it's working.
Did you measure the voltage going to the LEDs?

Re: LCD 2DIN CAR radio screen problem

                                        I'm not here only occasionally.
In the last picture there is a red and black wire with a little white connector on top of the board, that supplies the backlight power to the LEDs.
See, if you are getting any voltage there. If they are LEDs, it shouldn't be high voltage there.
If they are CCFL tubes, you most likely shouldn't measure that connector.
I'm not familiar with these units, I have opened up only Kenwoods.
