47LS4500 screen has rainbow colors or solarized distorted picture.

I've changed T con still the same.... rainbow color. should I order the main board or just give up and they want me fix tomorrow or tv just needs reconfiguration.

try turning colour and contrast down . might not help but worked once for me with a pc monitor

Thank you. tv really works. I probably just charge customer half the price. tv really improves a lot.

Maybe someone changed main board with different panel no?

I had that exact same problem on a 55" Vizio E550i-B2 and it was the LVDS cable. I wiggled it and got a change of picture state. Removed it and the contacts were swayed. Replaced it with one from the parts pile and it worked great!

try less colour . match skin colour to reality .

I've changhed LG main board and the t-con board so the problems are on the screen itself. thanks for everybody helped.

I have never seen bad LCD panel that will cause bad GAMMA like that, you need to check GAMMA reference Voltages on the T-CON board.

you might want to get into the service menu and check things out there. Some settings may deal with panel settings such as the number of bits the panel supports along with the type of color system used. further, what inputs have you used / are available (ie. rgb, hdmi, composite).

I tested with rf signal but it happened on manu also.
I've spend almost two days I still can't go into the service menu.

You likely need the (@R$%^) service remote to access the service menu The remote has a [IN-START] button on it

i did make an IR Blaster but my LG phone does not have On-The-Go (OTG) capability. i've down load the APP with an [IN-START] button but i cant use it.

not sure about what the OTG capability gives you BUT basically all you need a "wav file" which you "play" that results in the proper "ir wav" when the "leds" are connected to your headset outputs on your phone / any phone.

vinceroger69 sent me the ZIP files, I didn't knew what was what, after your interpretation, i unzip the file, found the EZ_ADJ .wav IN_START.wav IN_STOP .wav POWER_ONLY.wav . i will try it tomorrow

If you can get into the service menu with your phone, you should be able to use a regular lg remote after that to navigate the menu/settings

Thanks to all my friends.
I spend whole morning. I still cannot figure out how to do it. I even use Bluetooth hook up IR booster right into speaker. I ended up ordered a $5.84 service LG remote controller.

with wav. file need to make DIY IR LED and speaker or headphone jack. insert it at pc speaker out. then play the wav file with (Windows Amplifier ) player on pc windows.. only on this player the code will sent correctly as its

Thank you, do you mean, I cannot use my cell phone connect to Bluetooth with the homemade IR booster connect right to the speaker.

I heard the pop noise at beginning then were the strings of code sounded.
