Vizio TV M50-C1 reboot cycle and static on screen

I'm currently trying to diagnose and fix my Vizio TV (Model M50-C1). I've tried a number of different basic solutions, but I'm trying to determine if my issue is currently a failing panel, T-Con board, or main board (or something else entirely) and whether or not it is worth my time to fix it. Details of the issue and what I've tried are below as well as why I think it is either a bad panel, T-Con board, or main board.

The Issue: The TV will be on and working fine but after the TV is on for ~5-10 minutes the screen will freeze (with sound continuing) until the TV reboots itself. While the screen is frozen I have no control of the TV through the remote or through the side buttons. Once the TV reboots itself (usually after ~30 seconds or so) it will load to either a perfectly fine screen or a screen with static on one side of the screen. The TV will then freeze again (usually after only a few seconds) and then continue this reboot cycle until being shut down or disconnected from the power. All, backlights seem to be working fine and there appear to be no other issues related to the screen other than those that occur during the reboot cycle.

    What I've tried:
    1. Checking for updates - firmware is up to date
    2. Factory reset - issues still happen after factory reset
    3. Tested on different inputs/TV apps - same frequency of occurrence no matter the video source
    4. Cleaning ribbon cables on T-Con board and main board - issue still occurs
    5. Putting tape on T-Con ribbon cables - issue still occurs
Because the TV image seems to be fine until it becomes frozen (all backlights working and no horizontal or vertical lines), I'm leaning towards thinking it is maybe a bad panel or main board rather than a bad T-Con board but I'm curious as to whether others have experienced something similar or if there is a way I could further diagnose this to determine where the issue is occurring. The TV is close to 10 years old so I'm not looking to put a lot of money towards parts for fixing it. If it is something I can repair though, I'd rather do that than get rid of it.

I've attached a picture of what the screen looks like when it comes back after a reboot cycle, but as I said the picture is normal until after that first reboot cycle (which is when things start to get weird). There are no permanent lines or static on the TV until after the first reboot.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Main board. Reflow the CPU. Likely. Some people stick it in the oven, you can Google that to get the idea. Not recommended tho!! But it'll give you the data. This would be my guess, Vizio notorious for solder balls of CPU cracking and then you get these symptoms.

Samsung LH82QENELGC/EN Help needed - Static line on screen
      by Kiberge
      HI guys!

I've got a Samsung LH82QENELGC/EN with a problem and need some advice and I hope this is the forum to use?
I'm from Norway so I'd like to apology in advance if my description of the fault is kind of simple or the names on the components are way off. 😊

the TV is powering up, working as normally and picture is all good, except a 1.5-inch-wide vertical line of snow/static across the screen.

This TV is a Signage Display/Public Display version and it's been used at my work for 4-5 years showing commercials 24/7. The fault occurred when...

Macbook 2017 with touchbar (A1706) won't turn on after removing the screen
      by Ryan.man
Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

Samsung UN60EH6000F Black Screen, Backlight and Sound Good. Power Cycle Returns Picture
      by Mgiffune
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and

iphone XS turns off when press on screen.
      by smic717394
      Hi,

I have a iphone XS that came in for a screen replacement, the screen was badly cracked, and inside missing scues, on the back of the screen still the blue protector, the screen was a LCD. So we replaced the screen and all good, installed the screen and we noticed that pressing the screen with a bit of force but not excessive, the phone dies. After plugging the charger it turns back on, but again if you press it it dies. I open the phone again, and I can't see anything major, with the phone open, if I press on the logic board, battery, charging board, or even putting pressure on...

      Samsung UE55JU6800K half screen dark
      by Chrissygizmo
Hello everyone, I’ve just been given a Samsung UE55JU6800K smart tv as it had white spots on the screen due to the led lenses falling off. After refitting them & putting the tv back together I thought it was a nice easy fix for a free bedroom tv , then I tried it before screwing the back into place. I realised that the right side of the screen was darker than the other side, I removed the screen again as I thought the backlights had failed but they are fine.
I put the screen back in place & turned it back on . The screen seemed to be ok again but different screens on the same...
