Wistron lcd for Panasonic tx42 a400b. Can I use it for another model

I have stripped the Wistron lcd panel for the Panasonic tx42 a400b . I am trying to repair the backlight as it has the single flash red led blink code. I have removed the lcd glass and the white diffuser layers and tested every led on the backlight and found 2 blown led's. AM just in the process of attempting a repair (stacking method).
However , I also have a panasonic tx42 as520b with a shattered lcd. It functions normally apart from the broken screen with all good parts and cables. It has occurred to me that perhaps the lcd glass from the a400 may work on the as520 as they are both 42 inch Wistron panels. The power board , led driver board and tcon have identical part numbers and the ribbons for the tcon are identical . Does anyone know if it would work if i install the lcd glass from the 400 into the as52o. Or, would this error code the main board or even worse damage the lcd? In terms of dimensions the lcd would appear to fit the 520.

You need to look at the model number sticker of both LCD panels to see if they are the same model or not, if not then you need to get the spec sheet of both models of the panels to verify the electrical spec.

      Thanks for your response.
The lcd panels have 2 serial numbers on the back.
      The as520 has: TZLP104DZVR and V420FWSD09
      tHE A400B has TZLP104CBVB and V420FWSD09

I checked the part number on the lcd glass before proceeding and they matched exactly. I attempted the replacement of the lcd and it worked. The as520 now works fine with a replacement lcd glass.

Panasonic Plasma 2008 TH-42PV/PX series - Removing the coating from the Front Glass
            by tongshadow
I got this set for very cheap, it works perfectly but the catch is that the protective coating was damaged. About 45% of the screen had a green tint, you can see exactly where the layer changed colors to a blueish tone (that actually makes everything green).

"Ok, that's probably just the anti-glare layer" - I thought. So using a microfiber cloth and automotive metal polish I was easily able to turn it into a nice mirror.

Unfortunately, the damage was beyond this layer and everything still had a horrible green tint. I initially...

            Sell or Shim Solar panels?
            by eccerr0r
Well, due to my grid tie inverter not accepting high voltages, and the fact that the lions in my solar panels are 36V (72-cell) I think I need to stick with 72-cell.

However I have a few smaller panels that are 36, 32, and two 30-cell. The 36 and 32 together run at 75% efficiency (and subtract more with additional inefficiencies) when running in parallel with the 72-cell panels. The kicker is that the two 30s... generate 0% power when connected in parallel(!)

So now what to do with these small panels?

            I could sell them...

            Or I could shim them....

Panasonic TC-P55ST50 8 blinks then no blinks
            by Andre Gilbert
Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

Problem with PANASONIC CF53 laptop after changing BIOS settings
            by AquaMan Ua
Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in...
