Problem with PANASONIC CF53 laptop after changing BIOS settings

Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in one). This started immediately after saving the settings and exiting the bios. I disconnected the CMOS battery for the night, disconnected the charger and removed the battery. In the morning everything was connected back, the image is the same, distorted, then a black screen before the system starts loading. Under windows, the BIOS was updated from version 2.00L12 to version 2.00L14. With the new BIOS, the problem is the same. Please help solve this problem.

the following parameters were changed:

Above 4G Decoding from Disabled to Enabled.

PCI Latency Timer from the minimum value to 64 or 128 bit.

Specs. Core i5, DDR3 16Gb. SSD 120Gb.

Model CF-53JWX1CFG old bios was v2.00L12 vafter update bios is v2.00L14

Maybe someone has the same BIOS and can write instructions on how to change these parameters blindly or has the knowledge to correct the dump? Or is there a way to reset the BIOS, because I suspect that the battery only reset the basic parameters and the BIOS update did not change the settings in it.

I haven't sorted out the laptop yet, because it's still a big deal to make a dump, maybe someone can tell me a blind method of changing the parameters in the BIOS. Or is there a firmware suitable for this model, then I'll immediately disassemble it, dismantle the BIOS chip to make a dump and immediately flash the sent firmware, maybe it will work? The BIOS is not password protected at the moment, the supervisor user is open.

MotherBoard Panasonic CF53-2 Windows 10 64 bit is running on it now, I can also run it on Windows 7 32bit if that helps.

NO. Video is built into the processor. Everything is fine with the video, the Furmark test passes, it all started after changing the settings "Above 4G Decoding from Disabled to Enabled. and PCI Latency Time" in the BIOS. Does anyone have a dump on PANASONIC CF53-2 MK2? Bios version v2.00L12 or v2.00L14 with disabled 4G decoding or can help with edit my bios dump? OR can make a photos of the menu structure with an item between "FAN DIAGNOSTICS"-"OPTIMAL KIT CONFIGURATION" and its structure, for blindly changing settings. Searches on YouTube, Panasonic's website and the Internet did not yield any results. The support service in the USA redirects to Europe, since the laptop is made for this market, Europe is silent. I need to completely disassemble the laptop, unsolder the EEPROM, and make a dump without knowing if anyone needs it. If someone confirms their willingness to help, I will make a dump. The blind method is the perfect solution or someone else's dump.
