Nothing wrong with using analog current meters if you have them already my problem with using them is finding one that 50 mil volts range instead of 75 mil volts ones sometimes analog meters are more expensive than digital ones are but you have problems finding 50 mil volts range ones very few digital meters are not very adjustable for more than half voltage and the most other wise you have to have to X it by a certain amount to get the right scale to much work yea you can use a micro controller to the math but then you have to know how to the calculation

One note these battery packs are below 10 volts and the BMS protection board has locked them off from having any voltage on the BMS output wires I have tested three of them so far and voltage is around 8 volts it not an issue because it testing about 9.2 amp hours
The price of this offer has gone up sense I bought these two boxes
I bought two boxes of these batteries but there is a catch to the these battery packs
The BMS protection board does work but it... -
Help please with identification of few components for troubleshooting (Solar Water Fountain circuit)Need some help please with a few components on this small board so that I can troubleshoot the circuit.
The PCB is a Single sided board fairly simple circuitry has a +ve and -ve Solar cell power input, a 7.4v 1500mAh (dual 18630 cell) power in which the Solar panel charges the cells, and lastly the Output goes to a DC connector...
J1 is actually 1P1T Switch (in ON position completes Battery cell circuit
J2 - to DC Output
J3 is Battery cell connector
however I am struggling to identify if:
Y1 (SOT-23) are NPN Transistors, MOSFET's or 11v Zener's....2 Photos -

by sam_sam_samI bought one recently but this is the first weekend that I did not have work Saturday morning or the sun did not want to cooperate with me but today it is coordinating with me and I run a very simple test on a 12 volt battery pack and it stop charging ar 14.4 volts
Here is the website link where I bought it from
https://www.ebay.com/itm/395434828814
I ran this test with a new 12 volt solar panel that has a no load voltage of 19.0 and an output current of 9.1 amps
I do not remember the starting voltage but the charging amps was 1.4 amps

by CamaHello,
I need help to find the value of 2 missing capacitors ( C102 and C117) on my Easun SMH-II mainboard (solar hybrid inverter). I circled it in red on the close-up picture. The 2 old capacitors are completely missing, so I have no reference. Does anyone have this board and can tell me the value or make an educated guess based on the location ?
My model is : EASUN SMH-II 7 KW
Mother Board : P/N 18947-002401250250
Maybe the EASUN SMH-II 4.2 KW have the same capacitors
Thank you... - Loading...
