What dc voltage do you have from L810 to chassis?

I thing we may be chasing our tails. The checking solder joints suggestion sounds pretty good to me.

You do have +5VSTBY, so need to check real close in that section of the 14.5V section, the primary drive circuit is working otherwise you will not have the +5VSTBY.
We need to get that 14.5V first.

Hmm thats odd, I have the same Psu here and it brings all rails up with no mb, but I guess all Vestels are different lol. Its a Mb issue then. Got a close up of the Mb ?

The 14.5V is an ALWAYS on power supply, no control signal needed as you can see from the marking I made on POST 45.
You should have DCV between the two legs of C822, 823, 825 the minute you apply AC to the board, unless D827 or the transformer winding have open circuit.

All voltage are OK on PSU and main board for regulator. I tried flash firmware 25Q64 with many dumps

But the voltage on power button is 0.6V not 3.3V. When i press power button the voltage up to 0V. I tried to add 5V with Power Supply on 5V_STB and 3.3V on Power...

LG 32LB1R - stuck in standby mode
                        by lego1234567
Hi. I have the following problem with my TV. After connecting to mains, the standby led (red) turns on, but TV is not responding to remote control or buttons on TV. After some measurements, I found out that +5 V standby voltage is present, but I dont have ON/OFF signal coming in to turn PSU on. It stays at zero volts. After looking at the schematic of the mainboard, I should get ON/OFF signal coming in at the R1402 resistor, but it stays around +3,5 V. So I removed it and I was able to turn on TV with buttons on TV, but not with remote control.

What could be the problem ? Thanks...

                        Hello,

I accidentally changed the project ID in the service menu of my Vidaa Hisense 100U7KQ TV. When I turn on the TV, the screen displays an RGB color cycle (test mode???). I contacted Hisense, and they sent me a usb_MTK_9618.EU.bin file, but it doesn't work. I can see that the USB drive is being read, and it flashes for about 10 minutes (the screen remains in the color cycle during the firmware reading), then the TV turns off and restarts, but still in the color cycle mode.

I want to mention that the 4GB USB is formatted in FAT32 MBR. I've also renamed the file to...
