  • With PL9 removed from the circuit on the CPU CORE side I have a 0.02 ohm resistor short circuit to gnd, so I assume that the game is over with a fried CPU, I'm wrong, is there still hope?

  • Once PL9 has been desoldered, the short circuit remains on PQ39 and also on PC708, another piece of advice Thank you very much 1) PC708 desoldered out of circuit and fine, the short remains on the PCB and PQ39 2) PQ39 desoldered externally the circuit and not shorted, the short remains on the PCB Sounds more serious than expected, thanks...

  • It has a small percentage 00.2 ohm and as if it were a net short, so you advise me to desolder PQ39 and measure outside the circuit and then measure the circuit itself without the inductor right?

PC708 at its ends I detect the same measurement, could it be influenced by PQ39 or could it also be vice versa?...

  • Lenovo B50-50 (80S2) No display no Post

Hello friends and welcome back, sorry for my English but I'm in Italy and I'm using a google to translate

    Main board CG410/CG510 NM-A681 rev 1.0

I have this Lenovo laptop under repair with strange behavior, no display at first I thought it has a corrupt bios but now after disassembling it I have doubts, the laptop turns on automatically after inserting the charger without pressing the power button, If I hold down the power button for 8 seconds, it turns off for 1 second but turns on immediately after 1 second, so you can't even turn it off, tested with and without RAM,...

  • Re: Car Audio Delco identification and restoration / repair

    R_J sorry I'm late
I can tune in to the stations, I know some local stations where a strong signal arrives and I see the stereo signal appear on the small display, the "stereo" light on certain stations and intermittent ones but I know the frequencies and I deduce that the am / fm reception part and everything is ok, unfortunately the cassette has problems makes a couple of laps and then goes into autoreverse and continue this procedure indefinitely, I had thought of fixing the mechanics of the cassette...

  • Re: Car Audio Delco identification and restoration / repair

Thanks keeney123 you do what you can

Changed all electrolytic capacitors on the amplifier board but still I get the same hiss, by applying an external source on connector J301 (page 7) all four channels sound perfectly, so it is excluded that it is the amplifier, but instead the noise comes from the preamplified part, the thing gets complicated and I can't understand what kind of component could affect all four channels, I would also exclude capacitors on the preampl section ... but now I find myself in a...

Hi guys ... the + 5v on U204 were present but with pulsating voltage due to a short on C231 electrolytic 16v 100uf replaced and now we also have the second display on, now that I have both displays I am dedicating myself to the amplification part, the whose audio is almost a hiss on all channels, the volume responds to the control, four IC DM113 are mounted on the amplification circuit we hope they are not fried...

    Update
Thanks to the diagram I have identified R240 from 6.8 ohm (page 23 and 27) which incredibly measured 30k, replaced and now we have a clock display on (attached photo) but as you can still see the small am / fm display is off, so something is still not go, all your help is very precious and I am grateful to you...

  • Re: Car Audio Delco identification and restoration / repair

    R_J thanks you are fantastic
Keeney123 you are absolutely right and almost identical and you will give me a lot of help, the only question at the moment looking at the schematic and how to identify the IC and transistors as they have a dedicated Delco code and also in the parts list sheet they are marked with a code that does not carry to nothing as equivalence I maybe have the datasheet of the component to be tested, for the moment I thank you all and I will keep you updated

  • Car Audio Delco identification and restoration / repair

Hello to all friends and welcome back
I am struggling with a complete restoration of a Delco GM car radio, I have already taken these car radios in the past but this is a bit more complicated and has many problems, in the meantime I ask if anyone knows the exact model in order to trace a possible repair scheme, I have if someone and they have it I would be very happy, I am attaching photos and I also ask what is the purpose of that two-wire connector that comes out from the back (orange-brown) the radio turns on with the display completely off, the mechanics make strange and non-strange...

  • Hisense LTDN50K220WSEU stuck in standby

Hello to all friends of the forum and well found, here I am asking for your help and sorry for my translated English.

As per Hisense tv title LTDN50K220WSEU stuck in standby
    PSU rsag.820.5687 HLL 4855WF
    Main rsag 7.820.5842
I enclose the psu diagram, after the first routine checks I find myself with a regular standby voltage of 3.3v blue light on steady when the power button is pressed nothing happens, psu disassembled and bench checked ... forced ignition by sending a signal 3 , 3v on the SW and PWM2 pins the psu turns on and delivers all the voltages...

I confirm pin1 (sem2106) vref and 0v like all the restantins of the ic except the 3 pins described in the previous post, checked with the multimeter the diodes mentioned in the post of the user kleini which ZDI805-ZDI804-ZDI801 whose with the multimeter not I am in short circuit, another test I did but I don't know if the measurement could be correct and this black test lead on the frame and red test lead on the cathode of the 3 diodes described above with the following results

    katode ZDI801 = 4.95vdc
    katode ZDI804 = 1.7vdc...

the TV and an LCD with CCFL lamps would avoid a problem with the lamps as it has a few hours of work, I would get to them by opening the panel but only as a last resort

    Thank you all

    budm
    1) yes tested and everything ok
    2) Filter cap voltage at tv on 390vdc stable
    4) Ok if it can help I also have a small oscilloscope, the more I have the less I know how to use it but using it with your indications would be ideal .. thanks
    5) I read several threads on the forum, even on different TV models with the same power board but no solution

    nomoresonys
I had just read a discussion on the forum, this power supply starts even without the main connected, I did the test...
