Hi guys i've got an Hp laptop Zbook 17 g5 Stuck on Hp protected by hp sure start screen.
I have tried almost every bios available on various platforms about this laptop but the problem is still the same.
I even successfully build my own bios using the one from the Hp website but the problem the laptop still getting stuck there.
Even if i try to press Esc key nothing happens. I tried f10 it doesn't go to bios still stuck there i just saw entering setup menu on the bottom left corner of the
screen that's it and stuck there. I left it until the following day and i still found it still stuck there nothing changed
Now i have come to conclusion that bios is not the problem but it is a hardware issue. Then i decided to google about this problem
i found some few site addressing this problem and there was one solution that helped few guys but it didn't help me and other guys.
The solution that helped those few guys they removed external hardware attached to the laptop and the main culprit was the SSD, HHD or M.2 drives.
I'm glad it helped them but for me it didn't help me coz i removed every external attached hardware to my laptop but it's still getting stuck there.
I don't know what to do next. So please guys if anyone who have solved this problem different or anyone who's got a solution please share it here.
Thank u guys for your time
