You need to be able to read the diagram otherwise we will be spending days explaining as how to test what to test.
More likely right now the drive circuit in the primary side of the SSB power supply is not working.
You should have about 330VDC on the main filter caps 2B31, 2B50.
on the 2b31 cap i have 310 DC

OK, you do have DCV to run the primary driver circuit.
You need to check those diodes I circle in the PDF. 6B05, 6B06, 6B07, 6B08
Do you have the 12VDC at 1P11 connector?
I would also check those two resistors (2M2 Ohms) 3B60, 3B34.

          6b05 is good
6b06 i think that is bad

          i didn't find 6b07 and 6b08

the two resistor... 3b60 is a 155, and is good
          3b64 is a 0 ohm resistor

what readings are you getting on the two diodes 6bo5 6b06? in diode mode on your meter test across each diode take reading then reverse the probes and take the reading again. This is with the tv unplugged of course.
if you get a clean dry paint brush etc give the area a good clean and dust of etc if you can try to take a good clear picture i can try to point the part to test out too you.

i make an error in last post, 6b05 is bad, haven't reading in each side.
60b06 is good, in diode mode, 400 reading and no reading when i invert the probes

ok clean the board and have a search for the other diodes budm mentioned the board printing is probably hid under the dirt/dust etc.

I found the other two, are difficult to testing for the position, anD i don't want to disoldering before the time.
I ordered the 6b05 and this two.. When arrive i replace them.

For you can resolve the problem?

Thanks for the follow-up, I am glad it is just bad diode in the stby power supply, and I guess the power MOSFET on the mian power supply board were not shorted after all otherwise the main fuse would have blown.

but with a hdmi source you have issues and it turns off?

Unfortunately i must tell that doesn't work in Normal and with external sources... In Normal mode the problem is less frequently

After some test, THE situation is this:

If i turni in the tv in Normal mode, i haven't any problem, THE tv stai in for hours.

If i turn the tv anD use an hdmi device the tv after minute a (randomly, without a specific timing) the tv beginnig to shut off and in by it self... I can se the monitor black, the led stay blue, relay click and the tv turn on... This in loop...

Sometimes i can see the relay click more time before the tv turn in...

Can will be an heating problem?

now you have to check the PSon pin on the power supply while turning on the TV. If you don't get a PSon voltage (comes from the main board), well then you need a new main board.
