I think the best thing too do is too put any parts you have removed back on to the board and double check your soldering etc then re connect all connectors and then we can start all voltage readings from the basics and may be test your multi meter with a battery too make sure its reading the correct voltages first.

Thanks for your help, i just put black all the parts that i removed for testing. All solder are good ( i'm not able to test and found the problem, but i'm able to solder ).

The multi meter are good, i use two different, and One have two weeks

I tested the the V in the first part of the main board, anD i have 220V in the connector. The fuse of the main board is good and the same for the resistor of 1 ohm

do you get any voltage on the large main capacitors on the hot side of the psu please remember and be carefull as this is the hot side of the psu and carries mains voltage.

yes thats correct i was just confirming. I will have a read of the whole of this thread and download the manual ive just read the relay isnt being energised so you wont get the voltage on those capacitors anyway so we need to see why the relay isnt being turned on.

Wondering if this gets measured in DC voltage and if its plugged in (just to be sure to confirm that there is not even a 160 dcv standby)

The relay is turned on when the main power supply board receives the 5V from the main board power supply. I do not get to see good clear pictures of the whole boards in post 58, I waisted so much time with OP on the 100 Ohms resistors already, plus try finding the diagrams, etc. and not getting any where with the OP.

Top and bottom side of the main board so we can look at the small power supply on that main board? We need to get that 5V from the main board power supply.

You will need to re assemble all the boards and connectors the on top right if the main board theres a oblong fuse by the black connector what dc volts do you get on each side of this fuse.

EIDIT or with your multi meter in ohms mode what does it read when you test across this fuse (you dont need to reconnect all boards etc back up this is just to test the fuse)

That is also the next move I was going to suggest, checking that main AC fuse.
