This SCH for SSB power supply may be closed enough.
So as you can see, no 5V no Voltage for the relay.

the fuse we mean is on the mainboard see my post 77

now i understand, do you mean the red SMD fuse on the main board. i think that is ok, but this afternoon i will retest again. i think that is good because on the cap after the fuse there are V

yes thats the one test the ohms across it with the set uplugged and report your reading.

With all unplugged i reading 0 ohm

And for me but that section i gather is for the 5 volts that turns the power supply on so next step i guess is too see if its out putting 5 volts its just knowing where the test point is someone with more experience im sure will look at the schematic and advise you.

If i understand, the problem is in the mainboard, anD not in the power supply. Right?

I need the numbers as printed on the barcode sticker, I cannot see it very well, 3104328????????.
You also need to check the SMD fuse on the bottom side of the board.

well from what i understand theres a seperate 5 volts section on the mainboard that sends a voltage to the power supply that turns on a relay on the psu and then power supply outputs i may be wrong but budm im sure will confirm whilst your waiting maybe take some clear pictures of the mainboard connectors and any writing by them which tells us what the connector pins do it also maybe worth while in doing this for the power supply comnncetors too.

The 5V2 is used for powering the power relay (5VDC coil) on the main power supply board, the connector 1P11 of the SSB main board is connected to the 1P11 of the Main power supply board.

There are two fuses as you can see from the print on the board as I marked in the red box.
Unless one of the fuse is not installed, the pictures are very poor so I cannot really tell.
You can also check and see if there are any DCV at both ends of the fuse with ref to the chassis GND.

Maybe try to test the fuse like budm has asked black probe on tv chassis red probe on each side of the fuse what voltage do you get just be carful as mains voltage in the area your testing

SSB PS.
It should have +12VS which is used to turn on the switched power MOSFET 7B06 to provided the +5V.
You need to be able to read the diagram otherwise we will be spending days explaining as how to test what to test.
More likely right now the drive circuit in the primary side of the SSB power supply is not working.
You should have about 330VDC on the main filter caps 2B31, 2B50.
