Hmm, the two red polly caps in the image im getting 490 ohms across the one with BLUE marker on the top the other I get nothing both are the same value 105k 450v. Possibly an issue ?

For the fuse to blow up violently (inside the fuse is blackened) the resistance will in 20 Ohms or a lot less after the fuse.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. Going to do what you suggested tomorrow and see what happens if its fine I know the short is after the bridge.

Testing on an identical power supply and switching my meter leads to measure across each capacitor, the lowest reading I get across each capacitor you highlight is 300K.

                    Hi ReeceyBurger123
But if you are getting 490 ohms across one of the caps (C802) then that differs considerably from what I read across the same cap on my board.

Hmm possibly, could be something else hiding but causing low resistance across that cap. Will check tomorrow mate and keep you updated.

I would hold one lead on gnd. and then go hunt on the other lead.

Maybe worth removing L802,I'ts on the neg side of the bridge rectifier,If fuse still pops, issue is around bridge rectifier and possibly s/c mains filter coils tr801/802.q813/814 also cause blackened fuse,I did have one once where tr806 had tracked underneath, causing the same..

Looking at the Schematic I am wonder why they have jumpers across the coil like L822 and L821 and a few more,? then I wonder why TR807 has AC Gnd connected to +400 volts? I see three fuses on the schematic, but I figure you are talking about the main input fuse for the AC? Which I can not locate?

The blank PCB can be stuffed to created more than one version of the PCBA, so another version may not have the Common mode filter installed so the jumpers are put in place. You will need the BOM of the PCBA to really find out what components are used to stuffed the board.
