Ok, in that case, pin 1 is on the left when that mark faces downwards. Writing should also be readable.

    Capacitors, assuming there are 3 x 10uF 400V?

Slightly taller but don't see it being a problem

    And 100uF 35V:

I get 404 not found using Google Chrome browser.
Can you give me the Digikey part numbers? Ending in "-ND" usually.

Everything looks OK although I would replace the 400V capacitors with what was previously suggested. This is due to the higher ripple current specification which should mean they last longer.

                    Ok...I swapped those caps out.

Is there any thing else I may need before I submit my order?

I'd get a reel of Chemtronics solder wick

The FDA 59N25 mosfets came in Friday..I installed those.
The order from Digi-Key should be here Monday.

Everything came in the mail yesterday...
I installed the mosfets last night...
I installed the caps and the little switching chip..
I noticed that when I had removed the chip that I had a bare (no solder point) on the board...I installed the chip any way...
I screwed the little board up when I removed the chip..all I get is sound...no pic.
I am pissed at myself now...
I guess I will have to order the whole Y board now.

It may be possible to repair that little board if you can get me a clear picture of the damage. Is there any way you can borrow a camera? It would really help, otherwise I can't really advise.

I've been talking with a guy here in Tennessee...
He has a board with a bad chip (the one under the big heat sink).
I can get the board and the buffer for about 50.00 dollars..

I burnt the spot on this board pretty bad trying to get some solder to stick with no avail...I really think it is beyond repair at this point...still pissed at myself every time I look at it..I'll try to take this as a "lesson learned"...

I suppose you could take the -Vy module off the bad board and put it on yours - assumjng the module is good.

The silver pads are glued on. You can scrape off solder-mask (green stuff) ovrr the copper to make the connection. This only works if the copper is easily accessible.

                                    I'm an idiot at times...
I didn't plug the small ribbon connector at the lower right corner in...
I have a picture..still the same...little specs of red and green if you get up close and look and the screen still "flickers" very faintly...

                                      Ahhh..but something is wrong.
After about 5 minutes the tv shut off and the red light on the power board has come on..

Did you try power cycling, could just be no signal turn off.

The -Vy module will be bad if the pad is lifted, so the fault will likely remain the same regardless.

These older LG based panels are pretty hard to repair, so don't blame yourself if you're finding it difficult. I don't touch them any more, I consider them horrid!

                                          I'm finding them "horrid" myself!
I found another board..exact same board...
I have sound and no picture with the "new" board"...(gave 20.00 for it...figured I could scavenge the Vy module if nothing else)
This board has a blown fuse (closest to the capacitors)..If that means anything.
I hooked this board up to make sure it had sound and no picture...
Besides the blown fuse this board looks to be in better shape than the original board.
