Just letting everyone know I had success fixing this tv. I replaced Q0465R Resonant Power IC. (U101), the cement fuse, and 4 power mosfets on the bottom of the board. Can't thank you enough Budm and everyone else that makes this site so great. Thanks again.

          Hi Guys,

When it does work it works fine. when it lose power, it will not turn back on. I have nothing that turns on. I replace with a known good power supply board it it did not solve the problem.

          Thanks

you can test the power supply board by itself first without having other boards connected to it, you will be measuring the DC Voltages on the two legs of the cap C104, C105 which are in the hot DEADLY side of the circuit so care must be taken.
You will have to flip the board so you can easily work on the bottom side of the board, make sure not to touch anything or let the probes slip on you.
We also need the P/N of U101 SMPS IC so we can look up the spec sheet for it.
You should pug the board into GFCI outlet for safety.
I have one of these tv's that had no logo light and no voltages whatsoever on the output pins.
I replaced the ICP250 with a MPC71 I had on one of my junk parts boards and the tv fired up !
The value of the ICP250 IS .16 - .25 ohms 5 volts, I replaced it with .22 ohms 5 volt.
            THANK YOU BUDM !!!!!

Are all the voltages correct on the powersupply board?
