Philips 42" TV 42PFL3603D/F7 clicks but won't turn on.

I need little help please. I am working on this TV. When I plug in the power supply it makes a click noise but there is no standby LED light in the front. I checked the voltage output from power board, it's showing only 2.66V and I also get 3V3 ST=3.3V

Now can anybody tell me if the standby voltage is ok or it has to be 5V?

Is my mainboard might be faulty? when hooked up with mainboard I hear click on powerboard and see one led light for one second on mainboard , but than nothing happens.Pushing the power-on button on the panel or remote does nothing. Only the response when I plug it in the wall outlet.

only voltages I get from the powerboard when not hooked up with mainboard are 3.3V and standby 2.66V

The STANDBY pin is the PS_ON signal from the main board, so you need to see if it toggles between <1V and >2V or not when you toggle the power switch on and off.
Report the reading when TV is OFF and when TV is on so we can tell if it uses active high or active low logic.
3V3 is the standby power supply (instead of typical 5V).
So on those two connectors, report the DC voltage on all those pin when TV is OFF and when TV is ON.
Format the readings like this for example:
        CN6:
3V3ST = xxV (OFF), xxV (ON)
STANDBY = xxV (OFF), xxV (ON)
12Vssb = xxV (OFF), xxV (ON)

        Report both connectors.

Philips 42" TV 42PFL3603D/F7 clicks but No LCD Backlight
          by jason123
          Hi folks,
I'm suspecting the actual CCFL or EFL being bad, just not sure how to test, but would like to confirm.

TV clicks upon plugging in AC. When I press the PWR ON button, clicks again.
LED on the Main board comes on green (Assuming some diagnostics), Blue LED on the TCON comes on also when I turn the TV on, but turns off about 30 seconds later.

          3V3 ST is on (3.26 V)
Standy 3.3 V (off) when I press power button goes to 0.16 V
          12Vssb is 11.75 V (on), 0.18 V (0ff)
          +12Voud is 13.8V (on) ~ 0V off
          -12Voud is -12.4 V (On) ~0V...

          Philips 32PFL9604H/12 mainboard likely
          by satinser
As soon as plugged in at power socket TV starts up with Philips opening logo, screen then shows HDMI 4, then both picture and backlight go off but TV remains on and if any button on remote is pressed red led blinks fast. If mains plug is removed and plugged back in the same thing happens. Suspect it might be software on main board related issue. If anybody has the software for this model would be grateful. Have corrected many LG mainboards by reflowing at 200c in the oven does anybody know whether Philips mainboards are so oven friendly!

Dell Latitude 7420 - Touchscreen not working since Mainboard replacement
          by Mirenia
          Hi everyone,

I've got a little "problem child": my Dell Latitude 7420 2-in-1, which had a faulty mainboard.
I replaced it, but ever since, the touchscreen no longer works — and honestly, I’m running out of ideas…

In Windows Device Manager, I just see an I2C HID Device with error code 10. Sporadically, the touchscreen is recognized correctly for just a few seconds, but I haven’t been able to determine under which circumstances this happens.

The touchscreen also doesn’t work in UEFI/BIOS, although it’s enabled...

MASTER TL240 and new mainboard LW36BKC01
          by orcic
          Hello,
I have an old MASTER TL-240 LED TV. Since it stopped working and it had a DVB-T receiver that is being dismissed in Italy, I've decided to replace the mainboard with a DVB-T2 one.
The original problem was that when switching on the TV, the power LED was transitioning from red to steady blue, without showing video or audio.
After checking some voltages on the power supply board (HKL-240101-B Rev. 1.4, HKL from now on) someone suggested me to replace the mainboard.
Now I have some doubts about how to connect the new mainboard to the old power supply.
          First of...

          Need a ic identified.Philips mainboard 715g55497-m01-001-005k
          by reassor
It only gets 19v (might be controlled by the other ic in the picture but i have no clue)

          Thx in advance

          board number : 715g55497-m01-001-005k

its a phillips monitor main board... Whole part of the board is dead - no heat , no power draw.

CPU is getting warm like i guess it should.

No reaction on button module (even status led has just .5v ... sometimes -- mostly 0.01v)...
