It only gets 19v (might be controlled by the other ic in the picture but i have no clue)

its a phillips monitor main board... Whole part of the board is dead - no heat , no power draw.

CPU is getting warm like i guess it should.

No reaction on button module (even status led has just .5v ... sometimes -- mostly 0.01v)

Give brand and model number, it searches a lot better than the 715G number.
