T-CON should be in the circuit connected.... only the panel out

Hi i can confirm 2 strips led doesn't work. Now i'm going to swap the left with the right to have the real result. About problem of 2 strips or problem on the board

I'm here again, so I already inverted the strip and I have the same problem so the problem is on the board. I took some measurements and on the side of working both strips led i have almost 240v (both)120 one and 120 one. The other side where leds doesn't work in have at max 40v (80 both). The colours of the wire of bad side are 2 blue... the good side the wire are red.. That's a real challenge 😫

Nope... i didn't touch anything. I would like too if that was the problem but im afraid the clips can't be exanged. ..(see picture) One is a bit less than the other.. maybe I'm wrong, but probably there's some component that cause this problem..

You mean the clips i check already they are good and 100% like the original.. i really thinking about this component (mosfet) that could be defective...I mean in the circuit its going to protect himself....🤔

you need to undestand what i am talking
you have 2 soclets both are correct no need to do any for them..
the small socket have blue and red this both LED + connected to gether..
the large socket have also 2 one red and blue... this lines are each out LED - now the red on this latge socket working.... but the blue not.... you need to flip the PSU and follow the track line of the blue one you will have Diode and many other sync smd R need to check if one open

Hello guys I finished to take a look around diode smd and resistor smd , no open circuit, the only strange measurements that I discovered is in component that i mark red circle on picture, I only have one measurements i don't know if it's the anode or cathode, the other around it i have anode and cathode. So I suppose it's could that the problem..? Thanks for your answers

looks like Diah was on that path in post # 47. Bad soldering is often overlooked. More than once even, my bad soldering that looked good was the issue.

hello everyone I am looking for a solution for my tv, I think corruption of the eemc,

the TV starts, LG logo, then nothing (rear backlight)
no reaction to rear command or infrared

the usb procedure that I tried on the LG site is a procedure with the screen and the remote control so I can't.

I have a chance with a usb procedure or other if you have .bin

if any people have this main board

                                            Sony LG 60la620s EAX64797004 (1.1)

                                            thank you...

PS4 controller left stick potentiometer replacement issue

                                            Hello,

Not sure if this is the correct section, but I have a PS4 controller that I am trying to fix. It developed stick drift on the left stick and the usual simpler methods did not fix the problem.

So I went on eBay and ordered some replacement potentiometers. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/174967976757 is where I got them from.

I took the green potentiometers off the replacement sticks and soldered them onto the PCB. Assembled the controller and ran some tests. The drifting was somewhat fixed (not fully in center, but way better than before). However,...

I'm looking at the transmitter from these wireless headphones because the range is too short. One of the LEDs failed many years ago (nine years ago - I found pictures that I took then) and was simply bypassed to make them work again, but it seems like the range has been degrading since then. They're near-IR LEDs (I can see them dimly lit red, so they aren't the standard 940nm), and I haven't been able to find the actual wavelength. Does anyone here happen to know what replacement LEDs I should use? Maybe I can adjust the transmitter was well while I'm in there, or there's another fault. I should...

Samsung UE48JU7000 screen issue after backlight replacement
                                            by ScHAmPi
                                            Hi all,

Because of two bright spots and a couple of dark spots I decided to replace the backlights in my Samsung UE48JU7000. See attached photos:

I thought all went well, but after full assembly and testing it out it turns out not all is fine. The backlights are completely fine but I have some weird issues on the right half of the screen. Since I didn't really touch the T-CON board (apart from taking out the ribbons of the display and reconnecting them on assembly) it would be weird that the issue is with the T-CON board... But based on the behavior of the service...

Sony Bravia KDL-70W850B T-CON board / software update issue

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this issue before I give up on this TV.

In short, I replaced the T-CON board due to an error code indicating that was the problem, after which it flashed a green and orange LED meaning software update required. I cannot get the tv to do the required update via USB, so I am stuck.

Here is a rundown of the symptoms and the steps I have taken to troubleshoot:

I inherited the TV with the symptom that it would turn on, then turn off after 5-10 seconds and a red LED flashed 4 or 5 times. Sometimes it would be 4, sometimes...
