Re: Samsung LE32R88BD Power Fault
Picture of the set with the back off then good clear pictures of each board
and close up of the connectors so we can see the labelling often helps.
Have you tried to find a service manual. Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Re: Samsung LE32R88BD Power Fault
0.22 ohm 1W resistor.
You can press CTRL+F and type your search key e.g. RM801 and it will find that component.
Schematic symbols are simple once you know the basics: http://highfields-arc.co.uk/construc...es/passive.jpg
Schematics, like the one linked, show how circuit components come together to form a functioning unit, in this instance, a power supply. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Tom66 does the CM810: 2.2nF/1kV have to be soldered in a specific way like the Caps or can it go in any way ?Comment

Re: Samsung LE32R88BD Power Fault
It is non-polar, which means it can go either way around. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Hello, as I mentioned in the title, I have a Samsung TV at home, model UE40MU6405U, which is about 5 or 6 years old.
After a power company failure, the TV stopped turning on and even the standby light wouldn't come on. Over a period of about 10 seconds, the electricity kept going off and on repeatedly, and the TV died.
The power supply is: L40E6_KSM (BN44-00875A)
The main board: BN41-02568B
The power supply board seems to be fine. All the voltages are present. If I disconnect it from the main board, I get backlight.

by Chris24Hey everyone - I have a Samsung UN58J5190 with these symptoms: Does not power on, has standby light, standby light blinks 5 times after pressing "power on." When plugged in the power supply is making a very faint ticking sound, and this goes away when pressing power on.
Following instructions from the great team here in recent posts for Samsung with similar symptoms, I did the following tests:
I tested with mainboard disconnected from power supply - backlights do not come on (symptoms no change/5 red blinks)
I tested with T-Con disconnected... -

by nathan425Hello, I have a Samsung UN50EH5300 in my possession that I'm looking to bring back to life.
Symptoms:- - no power
- - no standby LED
What I've done so far:
- confirmed power supply is OK
-- CN201 #4 showing 5.3V
-- BD207 showing 5.3V
-- removing the cable between the main board and the power board turns on the backlight.
Pushing the power button on results in no change to any of the pins connecting the two boards.
- function assembly appears to be NO GOOD

by amennoneBy inserting power, on the diodes DM856...Dm859, there are 9 volts, when you press the power button the voltage is 12 volts, voltage present for a few seconds, then returns to 9 volts
The power LED remains off, always.
Reprogrammed Ic 503 = 25Q40 and IC 501 = 25Q80, downloaded from the site
The situation remained the same
