OK -perhaps Rigg5766 can check I cant even spot that bit of board in any other photos. Here is the datasheet for the Mosfets APM2054NPlease upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Yep, bad brown glue problem, should be removed before it eats up that Diode legs and also start conducting.Never stop learning
