Diah, I removed IC601 and everything else connected normally, mask removed and the boot loop is gone. The TV boots up, I hear the little samsung jingle and no picture.
well if his measurements at post#65 correct... then he should put in programmer to check if it can read or not. this is the only way i do know to test NOR... if some one know other way .. welcome.
I don't have a programmer, no. My readings in Post #65 are correct.

Well it's one way of seeing if it is that one that is the problem but do what you want, the tv should display a picture if you have a bad one and remove it, I could be wrong, my memory isn't that great.

i know what you are thinking... and you may right... the t-con on the MB are toasted so no Picture or any sign... but we cant ask him right now to change MB... unless we do know the panel worth to replace MB ..

No Diah, not the mb, just maybe remove the other DT602 and see if the picture shows up, they are just like the diode packs that are going bad often, correct?

So would this include re-installing IC601 (if it's good) and then removing DT601/DT602? IC601 must be installed to provide VDD otherwise I'll never get a picture right?
