samsung un43nu7100 BN94-13191C/BN41-02635A boot loop problem even with tcon jumper

Hi I need help with a Samsung un43nu7100 BN94-13191C/BN41-02635A with boot loop problem even with tcon jumper.
I've already try tape method and same happen, if I disconnect both flex from mainboard to panel tv boots normal even I hear Samsung sound.
When I solder jumper to make t-con work with or without panel or panel cables connected it still reboot or power cycling.
What I noticed is that there's no voltage in VHG, HAVDD, PANEL_3.3V, AVDD_17V or 12v near dc-dc chip.
I check capacitors and diodes and didn't find any short IN MAINBOARD.
Measured all power supply board voltages with correct values.
Backlight is working find, tested powering only power supply board.

Take a picture of the motherboard and post it here. You have to identify which part of the display has problems, but that's after you post the picture on the forum! It is usually a high consumption on the VGH voltage.

Hi, here I share some pictures of the motherboard, in one of the pictures inside the blue lines I show where is the problem where there's no voltage, forgot to mention that I tested the display and cables with other motherboard and display is working fine.
The white cable that appears near panel connectors is the jumper between FB_TRDY_1 and FB_TRDY_3 to make thing t-con that there's a good display connected but didn't work boot loop persist
