Your dump is fine, working, so the problem is somewhere else, maybe the panel.

First at all Thanks for taking the time and check my file.

As you said the problem is some where else. I was looking for and I discovered that the problem is on the panel side.

I made a trick, I dissabled the Tcon protection which detetcs if the panel is connected to the Main board. So I could discovered where the problem was. And it is on the left side.

This tv has two boards in which are Soldered the cofs. So we have a 'board-cof' left and right. And also each one is divided in two board connected through a Coffee color flex.

I cheked this part and I couldnt find any Short or low resistente, I also try to dissabled the board in which the problem is cutting the ckv lines and covering with tape the voltages lines.

At this point I am stuck. I am wondering if the problem are the cofs or this side of the panel is broken or something.

Could you please tell me another way to 'turn off' or dissable this part of the panel in which the problem is?

Initially, you posted a dump from T-con IC1603 25Q80, was it native to this TV or did you already record someone else’s dump into it?

ASprogrammer software only works with the CH341A ,it is not meant to work with the RT809F. The RT809F is a good programmer, chip support can be added manually if the chip is not in the latest support list.

I've tried unchecking the protection, unchecking all the boxes and then I want to write and then I want to delete and it writes an error, it can neither delete nor write, there is still protection probably on.
