I connected these points and voltages are good when i connect power cable and immediatly going drop slowly, also some coils from positive voltage getting negative voltage.
CPU continue to be hot and buzzing (zzzzzz).

As I don't know how make jumper (I believe to ground), without jumper but with flat panel connected I have more voltages low, in particular on coil 8.6V I have 7V starting till decreasing under 5V, also as the CPU gets hotter and hotter all the voltages drop.Leave a comment:

There is no voltage in the T-CON area due to the fact that the panel is not connected (there is no feedback), install a jumper between the control points on the motherboard FB_TRDY_1 and FB_TRDY_3, thereby simulating that the panel is connected and power will appear.Leave a comment:

Hi Lotas and thanks for valuable information.
I checked points on my board with power connector and power button connector connected only and missing 12.7V on L400 (in my case resistance is 50K), also missing all voltages relative on coils around IC400.
I would like to send you image of my board with all voltages point but I can't find application to create it, what application do you use?

Hi at all and thanks for suggest!
I checked every lines relative to LVDS, HDMI, LAN and USB signals and nothing is shorted.
I remember that CPU is hot in standby with power cord connected only.Leave a comment:

One choke in the T-CON area should be grounded at one end to generate a negative voltage relative to ground (VGL) to power the panel. If the LED blinks twice, this is usually a panel malfunction. Disconnect the LVDS cables from the motherboard and recheck the TV's behavior.
Check the HDMI, LAN and USB signal lines relative to ground; if at least one line is shorted or has low resistance, the processor is faulty.Attached Filesif you find these attachements useful please consider making a small donation to the site

Lotas thanks you so much for info!
Unfortunately without result
When power cord is connected power led is on but cpu is immediately hot with buzzing and it's strange in stand-by mode, when press back power button power led blink two times then go off and cpu continue to be hot.
I checked everything and no short present, only coil L406_UT get short, maybe it's normal GND connected and unfortunately i can't find schematic or datasheet about IC400_UT (VPM1R0A) to check it.
I tried to reflow cpu without result, I would like to reball it but i don't have stencil at moment.
I think there is some issue with cpu core and I don't know if reballing can help.Leave a comment:

Hi dear SDNarcia and thanks for your replay!
I have RT809H and TL866 programmer, so how I can fix about status register (0x88, 0x42)?

Hi Lotas, thank you so much for the help. I reprogrammed the TV and it worked for a few days, but it failed again. Any suggestions please?
I'll try reprogramming again to see the results once I get back to where I have the TV.
P.S. Sorry for the late response. I don't have the TV at home; it's out of town, and I only recently managed to go and test the file.Leave a comment:

Hi, I have the board BN41-02568A on Samsung UE40MU6105KXXC.
Retro LED is working if power on Main Board is disconnected.
When Main Board si connected red power led is on, if I switch press power on remote control it's blinking then off (I think it's normal operating mode) but without any image on screen.
All voltages are present, 12V, 5V, 3.3V, 1.8V, 0.8V, ecc.
CPU is hot in power on and stand-by, so it's strange in stand-by.
I tried to program IC1604 with dump found here, red power led is always off, CPU is hot same but not wotking.
Please find attached my original dump.

by YanlebHi all,
My UN65MU6300FXZC is dead and the standby LED stays off. The power supply is good. The main board is BN94-12434A.
Disconnecting the main board from the power supply makes the backlight come ON.
I did disconnect the panel cables and the WIFI modules, the board is still dead.
I did read in many posts that IC1604 25Q40 becomes corrupted. It has proper 3.3 volt on VCC pin 8. I did read that if I post its dump here someone can fix it. Is that right?
Thanks. -
by ogabugaHello, I need a dump of the BIOS_WHP1 /25Q40/, EC controller chip /NTC6686D/. The motherboard is coming for repair after a another service, what is in the dump that I downloaded is the beginning of the MAIN BIOS, according to the analysis that I did based on the documentation of the EC controller NTC6686D, the content should be different. BIOS_WHP1 /25Q40/ is connected directly to SCE1#, SO1, SI1, SCK1 pins 66, 68, 67, 69 of the NTC6686D

by daniel0799Hi everyone,
I’m looking for the **full 512KB (25Q40) SPI dump** for **TP-LINK TL-SG1016D V7 (unmanaged)**, PCB code **KB616010558**, with SoC **RTL8382L + 2×RTL8218B**.
My current dump only initializes 8 ports and the LEDs are misaligned, so I believe I have a firmware from an 8-port model.
I need a complete dump (bootloader + firmware) from a working switch to restore full 16-port operation.
If anyone has this model or a similar V7 revision, please share the BIN file or point me to a resource.
I can provide photos of my board and the flash...-

by alro7779Hello, everyone!
A co-worker gave me a 55-inch Samsung TV model UN55MU6103F so I can try to fix the following problem... As soon as I plug it in to the wall, the TV turns on, and the display shows a few stripes all over the screen. I took off the back cover and disconnected both ribbon cables that go to the display (one at a time) so by doing that I can narrow down the bad section of the problem, but in both cases the display turns black. I know there are some voltages that I have to check (VGH, VGL, etc.) but don't know what reading each has to show. If anyone could guide me on this,... -
by totofCould you help me...
I have a Samsung UE55MU6102K with the following problem : I disconnect the motherboard from main power supply from and the backlight leds light up.
Then motherboard connected, standby led is on and current consuption is 18W.
Then trying to start the TV, the standby led is blinking once but TV don't start and standby led stay red.
Maybe the firmware in the IC SPI Flash W25Q40CL (IC1604) is corrupted.
The model of my TV is :
Power supply BN44-00807A
Main Board BN41-02568B / BN94-12765W
