I figured it out. The writing problem that i was having was caused by my soic clip making a poor connection. I will let you know the results after i am able to flash the chip.

Thanks for the help. When i tried to write this file i got the following error "chip main memory with the contents are in disagreement" Screenshot is attached. Is it the file or am i doing something wrong?

change the chip ..see the contact between the chip and the programmer

I'd recommend not using a SOIC clip but rather desoldering the chip to read it out of circuit.

Is there a Tutorial how to backub bios dump?

You need SPI programmer for that (for example CH341A or raspberry pi, using flashrom software).

File does not contain Intel Engine firmware...

Read bios chip again and verify.
