I figured it out. The writing problem that i was having was caused by my soic clip making a poor connection. I will let you know the results after i am able to flash the chip.

Thanks for the help. When i tried to write this file i got the following error "chip main memory with the contents are in disagreement" Screenshot is attached. Is it the file or am i doing something wrong?...
