may be it is is a 2SC4600, but without a picture or the missing other markings no one can answer your question.

not sure if ther are mosfets......

the manu facture has a symbol like this @ only the a is a capital A.
there are a few more #'s too
the stamp on the chip is listed below. there are no markings under the chip.
also the company that sales the replacement has a better rev. so i would bet that they know the part # that works.

P/N should be BD313K. Try just BD3xx search.

I know what you are looking for. It is probably a dual mosfet from a unknown producer.
I have seen similar an BD4661 in a Scaleo View C19-4.

I was not able to find a datasheet, but may be the following ones may fit:

                              http://pdf1.alldatasheet.co.kr/datas...F/IRF7389.html

But only guesswork from my part, w/o data sheet it is always a gamble.

Well if put that way. I will donate it as long as I don't get stiffed with shipping charges and it will be donated as is. No complaints. Like I said before, I might have messed up one of the connectors when disassembling the unit and did not want to take a chance. Here typing on my NEW W1700 thanks a million I got it as junk and forked up the $80 at lcdparts.com.

you stated that your board had buldging caps. this is different that the board i had, the caps on my boaed were not buldging at all. so the caps and fuses replacement should be all this board needs. if no one wants it , i will get it from you. the connector shouldn't be much of an issue. could you post a pic of it?

also , i am glad that we all are working together on this......

                                      @ Gonzo
I have replaced the fused ones and the two condensers 220/25v
I have turned on the monitor and the light of the power supply it quickly flashes because he/she sees a short-circuit
in fact I have put an ohmmeter in parallel to the condensers and I read short-circuit
I detach the 2 4600 (Q41 and Q80) and the short one there is not anymore.
I deduce that it will need to also replace Q41 And Q80 however I don't succeed in finding them.
I have decided to purchase the whole inverter on the site "LCD REPAIR LLC" to the price of 49,99$+16,50 $to send him/it in Italy and I will be surer
                                      Thanks to all of You

the first symptom of the defect of the Dell W1700 has been a red thin line to the center of the screen.
after few months you/he/she is turned into a line black of 4mm. then to a following lighting you/he/she is quickly extinguished and all black has become.
is you/he/she also happened to You?

                                          Success

I am happy to report that the replacement board T501045.00MSS from Moniserv fixed my monitor. I had replaced the caps and fuses but the fuses blew again. Moniserv told me they have a 30 return policy so if it did not fix my problem I could return it. So with the no risk (other than shipping costs) potential solution, I bought the board. It arrived very quickly and I now have my working monitor back. Thanks to all who helped.

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.

                                            by ttmi100x
                                            Greetings everyone,

I have a HANNSG Hi221 monitor that exhibits two seconds to black issues (backlight goes off, display is still on as confirmed by shining a flashlight on it) with some additional oddities...

The monitor failed on me with a standard "2 seconds to black" some time ago prompting me to initially replace most of the electrolytic capacitors (some of them were bulging/leaking).
Things kinda sorta worked for a night, then the problem returned along with some flickering and "buzzing" noises.

                                            Upon closer inspection...

                                            Hi,

Could someone help trying to unlock this BIOS, seems that Dell have changed the layout of new Dell Pro 8FC8 bioses from checking HXD - 4000 bits do not need changing, only 2000. However after FF the section starting from '01000' upto 2000 bits and then soldering the chip back it seems that the microchip on the motherboard is recovering the bios back to original settings after first boot. Has anyone found a way to crack this extra layer of security Dell have implemented? Seems both HP and Dell have upped bios security to match Lenovo by implementing extra measures on a separate...

Dell Inspiron 5590 Board 18778-1 no charging, charging not possible

I would like to share my experience about charging issues with Dell power supplies with the tech community. I am working on a Dell Inspiron 5590, Mainboard 18778-1 with charging problems. The device can be switched on and works so far, only the message appears at startup:

Alert! The AC power adapter wattage and Type cannot be determined. The battery may not change. The System will adjust the performace to match the power available.

The power supply unit is not recognized in the Bios and the charging process is set to "idle". I use original Dell battery, type...

Guide me through repairing a Dell p2210f LCD ccfl backlight monitor
                                            by DanPoka
I bought this p2210f dell monitor to fix. Schematic is the same as p2210.
Behaviour is that monitors comes on but then backlight switches off almost instantly. If I look with flashlight I can still find the "No signal message". So definitely a backlight issue. Trying to advance the issue I proved that the protection circuit is switching off the backlight by shorting out C3 and resistor to disable the INL chip then re enable by removing the short.
This is where it gets interesting. When I disassembled the monitor to solder leads on c3 capacitor I noticed the backlight flickered...
