Which led lights did you use? I'm thinking 19" length 417 mm LEDs would fit ok. Please comment guy960915guy960915...

This morning it would mostly want to stay on. Then after a while hissing sound and won't turn on for more than 1 second. Hissing sound seemed close to inverter circuit. What do you say bad inverter circuit or bad lamp? Hissing sound was like adjusting speaker volume where speaker has defective volume potentiometer.

Guide me through repairing a Dell p2210f LCD ccfl backlight monitor
I bought this p2210f dell monitor to fix. Schematic is the same as p2210.
Behaviour is that monitors comes on but then backlight switches off almost instantly. If I look with flashlight I can still find the "No signal message". So definitely a backlight issue. Trying to advance the issue I proved that the protection circuit is switching off the backlight by shorting out C3 and resistor to disable the INL chip then re enable by removing the short.
This is where it gets interesting. When I disassembled the monitor to solder leads on c3 capacitor I noticed the backlight flickered...

Identifying 6 pin IC
Trying to identify the component circled in red. It has blown up on same board of a 4g router due to transient over voltage of supply to the router.1 Photo

Chinese fake Samsung phone power supply
I bought 2 of these supplies off of Temu , it said they were original for Samsung phones and I bought them cheap so I thought I got a bargain. Looked inside and they are definitely not original. Could you provide any pointers about safety, other characteristics etc. I cannot identify components 5433q 349DJB (what is that?) and it seems it has normal resistor instead of fusible resistor. Is it a fire risk. Lots of questions. Thanks for any time spent on this..9 Photos

After more testing, I must proclaim it fixed. I will get a lot more use out of it instead of it going to the dump. Million thanks stjstj

I've replaced the diode with a beefier one, now the voltage stays between 4.95 V and 5.11V which it didn't do before. Will test it some more. All thanks and praises go to stjstj
