The forum's home page states that the number of members is currently 186,016. Of this number probably less than 30 are actively involved in support at this time. Other helpers have come and gone, but most "members" aren't any more genuine than FaeceBook friends. I reckon perhaps 10% come here on a one-time basis to get free advice for their particular problem, while the remaining 90% are mostly people who go through the annoying process of temporary membership just so that they can access the otherwise invisible attachments.

Now take these 30 or so helpers. It may have escaped your attention, but a large proportion of these are not based in the good ol' US of A. I, for one, am probably asleep while you are typing your complaints. So that leaves maybe 10 or 20 people to answer your question and the questions of every other visitor. Is it any wonder then that you may need to wait more than 30 minutes for a response? BTW, I participate in numerous other forums and I suspect that other regular members may do likewise.
