What i did notice here , the requests well explained from all the necessary angles are the first to be treated . While those that usually contain less than one word , lol , are the most likely to be ignored and left for bored people , and that's very normal !! ..

What do you expect in a case like this " dv6 dead " , loool .. At least , say how and when did that happen , after a lightning , a surge , a drop or a kid spilled pepsi in it ? . At least say how long you own it , or if you're servicing it , do you know basics in soldering or testing ..
Model numbers are often given false or mistaken , The dude doesn't state if he reset the rams and tried removing the Battery ...

Let me conclude that if you want a healthy cow , at least feed it .
