    need help

    I am working on a Dell monitor model 2005 FPW and was told to change 6 capacitor attached is a picture of them. they or about 1/4" round ceramic and bright blue with numbers on them, 12K KU. I can not find them need help.

    Hi if you can go into edit and remove your address and email - you will get bombarded with junk from all over the world.
    Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

      Perhaps this info needs put int he new member resistation screen if it isn't already.

        Hmm - Dont know 12K could be 12000uF but only a guess- better wait for a more informed reply.
        I have to say it is pretty unusual for this type of cap to fail. Was your adviser well informed? Are you sure he meant those caps or the black ones at the back.
        If you go into "Search" and just type in 2005fpw there are a number of threads which might cover the problem you have. If you need more help you will see what sort of info we need to assist you. Clear pics are a must.
