Hisense LCD3233NEU - is there way to set test pattern on T-CON?

Hi, I got Hisense LCD3233NEU that turns on but screen is just black with backlight - I wanted to diagnose if it is mainboard or T-CON, can I somehow set T-CON to display test pattern like in plasma TVs?

Strange that almost all power rails are correct but between 12V_A and GND_A there are 15.5V

I even reflashed small FLASH chip 25F40 but didn't helped - IDK if CPU is working or not.

How to determine if it is mainboard or T-CON?

Can you connect up a scart lead to go between your set and another one. Scart wired video out to video in and video ground.
I've never tried it so don't know if it would work.

Have you checked that you have 12V on both sides of the fuse F1 on the Tcon

Find out first if you do have 12vdc to run the T-CON first.
