lg 50lb6300 flashing leds after 10 min.

set came to shop with flashing leds.found 3 bad leds on 3 different strips using SJ led tester.replaced all strips with new ones from SJ.no joy. hard wired and soldered all strip jumpers and connections.also reflowed solder connections on power board where led connecter plugs in.same result.all 5 rows light up at plug in but after 10 min 3 rows begin flashing and nothing from other 2 rows.jumper 2 center pins on led plug all 5 rows light using tester.I'm thinking nothing else could be the culprit other than power board.anyone run into this problem?

I forgot to add that the some of the voltages to the main board from the PS are reading negative. I found pins 1,2,3,5,6,7,9,10,11,14 and 17 are all in the negative. sorry, I posted to the wrong thread.

turn down the back lights to next to nothing and see what happens
