Anyone know the process to get into the Insignia NS-L322Q-NA service menu? I cannot turn off over-scan while watching the satellite. A lot of the picture is missing.

Re: Insignia service menu
which inputs are they conncted to? Likely the hdmi input is the one that the overscan is greyed out. Did this just happen or has it always been this way? I see there is a format button on the bell remote and one of the settings is stretch (stretches the image and makes it wider)Last edited by R_J; 02-22-2018, 09:18 PM.

Re: Insignia service menu
if you look at the bell sat when you change channels, there is an indication of what the sat receiver has been set for in terms of aspect ratio for both SD and HD channels. "page up" and "page down" on the remote allows the user to cycle the appropriate settings for either SD or HD depending on the channel being watch. People (me) sometimes cause problems when "paging" thru the guide and this results in "inadvertent" changes of the aspect.
