How to access Vizio m652i-b2 service menu

The current main board on my Vizio m652i-b2 only has 1 of 4 HDMI ports working. Also, the coaxial port is not working.

So I ordered a replacement board. It boots up the tv, but the display is dark in areas, colors are off, etc. I have seen information online that a setting in the service menu may need to be adjusted. Have tried many ways to access the service menu using remote codes, but none work.

Can someone here provide the confirmed method for accessing the service menu on this tv? Thanks in advance!

Try: Press power button to turn tv off.
Now press and hold the CH + and CH - buttons on the TV set.
Then press and release the Power button on the TV.
Next, release the CH + and CH - buttons.
Now press the Menu button on the remote.
You should get your regular menu up, but with an "F" in the bottom right corner of the menu (This is for the factory).
Then press and hold the Menu button for a few seconds.
The Service Menu will be displayed.

Thanks @nomoresonys. This unit doesn't have channel buttons on the tv though, and I have tried using the remote's CH+ and CH- buttons several times without success.

      Have also tried:
      Menu, 1, 9, 9, 9, back
      Menu, 1, 9, 9, 9, last channel
      Menu, 4, 2, 1, 0
      Exit, 1, 2, 3 Exit
      Menu, 2, 4, 8, 9
      Menu, 1, 2, 3

      Other thoughts?

Maybe: turn tv on with remote
then press and hold the Exit button on the remote for 3 seconds then release it.
Next, press the 1, 2, 3, buttons on the remote.
To exit, press the Exit button. I see you tried exit 123 not sure if it makes a difference to hold it for 3 seconds or not.

Menu 1 9 9 9 last, last as in the the button with the counter clockwise arrow, should work for m series, try it at least a few times, in case it's acting temperamental.

              .

Been trying them all. No luck. Tried holding Exit for 3 seconds. No luck.
TV has been on when entering codes.

It's a head scratcher, I don't know, maybe one of the supertecs has the solution.

And you are sure all the buttons on remote are working correctly, just had to clean one where just a few were not working, they worked after taking apart and cleaning with ipa.

Thanks nomoresonys. I don't think this tv actually has a service menu. Or at least that's what Vizio support told me.

Also learned that while the board number of the replacement board I purchased is a possible match, the actual part numbers are different. Same board number can be revised and used in different models. So identifying the actual manufacturer part number is the best way to order. For my tv, this was hand-written on the back of the card. Including details below, in case it helps others in the future.

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) number: Printed on the board during manufacture. One PCB can be used in multiple models, and multiple models can use the same PCB. So, using PCB alone when ordering can be risky.

Printed Circuit Assembly (PCA) number: More specific than PCB, but still can have multiple PCAs for the same model.

Part number: This is the number to use when ordering.

Indeed, thats right on the money and would explain why 1999 last isn't working.

I overlooked the obvious, I should not have assumed that the correct board was ordered. No reflection on you. It happens quite often, just kicking myself for not looking at every possibility and getting to solution quickly.
