Anyone know the process to get into the Insignia NS-L322Q-NA service menu? I cannot turn off over-scan while watching the satellite. A lot of the picture is missing.

Re: Insignia service menu
yes i went through all the settings on the bell receiver also. Say if i go to my roku stick, the tv lets me turn off over-scan then and the video is fine. Soon as i go back to satellite, over-scan is greyed out again.Comment

Re: Insignia service menu
which inputs are they conncted to? Likely the hdmi input is the one that the overscan is greyed out. Did this just happen or has it always been this way? I see there is a format button on the bell remote and one of the settings is stretch (stretches the image and makes it wider)Last edited by R_J; 02-22-2018, 09:18 PM.Comment

Re: Insignia service menu
if you look at the bell sat when you change channels, there is an indication of what the sat receiver has been set for in terms of aspect ratio for both SD and HD channels. "page up" and "page down" on the remote allows the user to cycle the appropriate settings for either SD or HD depending on the channel being watch. People (me) sometimes cause problems when "paging" thru the guide and this results in "inadvertent" changes of the aspect.Comment

by tusiimeThe current main board on my Vizio m652i-b2 only has 1 of 4 HDMI ports working. Also, the coaxial port is not working.
So I ordered a replacement board. It boots up the tv, but the display is dark in areas, colors are off, etc. I have seen information online that a setting in the service menu may need to be adjusted. Have tried many ways to access the service menu using remote codes, but none work.
Can someone here provide the confirmed method for accessing the service menu on this tv? Thanks in advance! -

I had a the above tv qn55q60r that had a bad panel but everything else good. I had another panel here from un55nu6900 with bad leds and melted diffusers.
I put the nu6900 panel in and powered it up and it does work but there are lines vertical lines.
I was trying to change the panel type in the service menu but donβt see my exact panel. Anyway to fix this or someone have similar experience.
the clear picture is the panel type from the service menus on the nu6900. The other 1 is the panel type that was set for the q60r with the bad panel....01-13-2024, 01:57 PM - Loading...
