    Jvc Lt-65VU3000 reduce backlight from service menu

    Hi,

    I would like to reduce backlight from service mode. I have tried menu 4725 but in the menu i can't change anything.

    Any help pls? I don't want to change from electronics inverter feedback resistor ideally.

      you can only put high value SMD R synce R at the BL circuit which located at the back side of PSU close to the BL socket

          Hi all,

          I’m trying to recover a Samsung UE55HU8500L (curved UHD, 4K model from 2014) after replacing the panel. The new panel is a 55A1UU8EH, which produces excellent image quality — very close to the original.

          However, since the swap, the TV enters a boot loop (Samsung logo → restart) unless I enter the service menu and perform a reset.

          The service mode had been previously modified — possibly by a technician or during the panel swap — and I suspect some key settings are mismatched for the European (Greece) market.

          Hello brilliant minds!

          I was busy hacking my LG android TV to remove the tons of restrictions and Bloatware that came with it, when I discovered the service menu by entering INPUT 2580 on the remote. However I accidentally clicked the DEVICE LOCK option and now my TV is asking me for a password. I have literally tried every code I have come across on the internet and nothing works. I don't know what the default password for this is.

          The current main board on my Vizio m652i-b2 only has 1 of 4 HDMI ports working. Also, the coaxial port is not working.

          So I ordered a replacement board. It boots up the tv, but the display is dark in areas, colors are off, etc. I have seen information online that a setting in the service menu may need to be adjusted. Have tried many ways to access the service menu using remote codes, but none work.
