How did you came up that they ae EEPROM?

No I was looking at symptoms online and the EEPROM symptom is what was fitting ... Symptoms being the only way to turn tv on an off is unplug it from the wall and when you do plug it in it freezes on the boot up screen showing the "v" for vizio ... What else could it be ? I'll be glad to check

What I am saying is that how did you figure out all those IC in the pictures you post are all EEPROM.
You need to get the P/N of the IC and look up the spec sheet to find out what they are.
Because they are 8-pin it does not mean they are EEPROM.

BTW, did you try disconnecting the WIFI module?

I have a Vizio , model number E3DB420VX, and the mother board number is 3642-1462-0150(7b).
I have looked on the internet and cant find a eeprom for this set anywhere even shop jimmy is out of main boards and dont seem have a eeprom listed i wonder if this set uses a nand chip as i have read this is harder to copy as it maybe a TSOP-48 package IC hence may be why not easily available?
