How are you going to program someone else's dump of your flash, do you have a programmer? If there is, read the contents of your flash and post it here.
If it does not go into operating mode, then most likely your firmware is damaged, you read the contents (dump) of your 25Q16BSIG and show it to me, I will restore it and it will be operational and then you will download my corrected dump and your TV will work again, when provided that the problem is in the firmware.

Thanks Lotas. I have been doing ecectronics repairs for a long time, but this is the first time that I need to do a firmware load. I will look into getting a porgrammer. I was hoping that with a USB drive I could just load new firmware. Like I said, this is my first time.

On this chassis you will not be able to download the firmware via USB, you will not even have access to USB, just update it if the TV is fully working, and only through the programmer.

Your dump soft works, try with a clean nvm.
After turning on the power, do not press any buttons for 20 seconds.

as a member of this top notch site which over the years has helped me out alot. i want to give back.. so ive uplloaded a shed load of files to one of my servers enjoy,! and if you require any new JVC tv firmware. i have lots more, please ask,. what software / firmware or files you are after you never know as a tech i might have it cheers ..

Unfortunately this member I have tried contacting before without getting any reply from using the PM (Private Messaging). So I think it unlikely that you will get a response from them either.

tv shuts on off, i found dump but picture is upside down, and there is not in service menu mirror or other option to turn it

I understood that the motherboard number is TP.SIS231.PT851, and what is the panel (matrix) number???
