    Looking for a HP Photosmart C4280 EEPROM dump

    Hello, This might be a long shot, but I'm looking for an EEPROM dump for a HP Photosmart C4280 All-in-one printer.

    The printer seems to be in cartridge alignment mode. Sometimes it print the alignment page and then hangs during the scanning step, sometimes it hangs during the printing process and sometimes it hangs during the boot process. If I let it idle for a while then it flashes the back-light of the top screen and there's a letter E. Bottom screen is asking me to restart it to no avail. I have to remove the power cable from the printer for a couple of minutes to make it work (go back to the alignment mode)

    I have already replaced all the electrolytic caps in the mainboard and it didn't help.

    I found an EEPROM in the back of the mainboard and erased it after taking a dump (I have attached the dump.) Now it hangs in the welcome screen, and if I let it idle for a while then it flashes the back-light of the top screen and there's a letter E. Maybe it's timing out? I'm hoping re-flashing it again with a working dump might fix it.

    If anyone can post a dump from a working printer it would be a huge help.

      I am in desperate need of an EEPROM dump for a Sony Trinitron KV-9AD1 (Japanese model) or its North American equivalent, the KV-8AD10.

      micom - Mitsubishi M50439-715SP
      jungle - Sanyo LA7655N
      eeprom - OKI MSM16911RS

      If anyone happens to have this specific dump file or owns one of these models and is able to perform a dump for me, it would be a huge help.

      Good day to all, I have a big problem. I can't find the eeprom dump for the Eizo CS2740 monitor. The device doesn't turn on, the indicator just lights up. It responded to connecting to the PC once. The update process started with the standard program and then disconnected from the computer. The computer doesn't detect it anymore. If anyone has an eeprom dump, please share.

      Hi all,

      a friend gave me this printer because it's no longer working.

      It powers on, but won't do a self-test print and when connected via USB to Windows, Device Manager says No Printer Attached under USB Hubs tree.

      The red light doesn't blink either with no paper inside.

      I think the firmware maybe corrupted. If someone has a similar printer and can provide a firmware dump, I really appreciate it.

      I have AVR 171 the IC1504 (24C32) eeprom is corrupted not able to read.
