I'm getting a standby light, But when i press the power button nothing happens.

It uses an all in one board TP.MS3393.P81
I'm getting 19V across the caps(the ones in the third image)
There is 5v going out to the IR board
Only thing strange i noticed was some type of black powdery substance around the top of one of the caps as pictured(cap with blue mark on it).

Sorry for bad quality photos, If you want a better photo of a specific area let me know.
Any help is appreciated.

I replaced the cap with the black stuff on it to no avail.

We need the pictures showing the whole back side of the TV so we can see all the boards and how they are connected together.

I tested the 1.15V_STB test point on the bottom of the board and got 1.15v
Also got 5v on the 5V_STB point

What dcv do you get at those 2 pins connector for the LED backlights with ref to GND when TV is plugged in but not turned on, and when the power switch is activated?

I'm getting 18.92v on the LED out, And it doesn't change when i press the power button.

A plastic fucking Tv what a heap of shite ! Also common issue is corrupt EPPROM on these causing stuck in standby symptoms.

If it's a case of a bad EEPROM, I could reprogram it(or not as it might be soft/hardware locked) but i would need to somehow find a firmware for it.

I found 2 EEPROMs that i believe may work for this TV

I'm not sure what one would be a suitable replacement or if they would even work with my Panel

Use the second one down, make sure its programmed to the same Lcd screen too and same board.

My panel is an "HK315LEDM-MHV1H" and the EEPROM says it's for a "HK315LEDM-DH2LH"
So i assume that it's the same panel and that it would work.

I would contact shop jimmy just to confirm it will work in your set.

I contacted them and all they could say was they don't sell parts for my model of tv

Hey guys i got my EEPROM in the mail today and put it in the TV, It works but was Upside down and the colors were wrong, I set the LVDS_BITMODE to 6 and it fixed the colors, But it's still upside down, I looked through all the menus but can't find an option to flip the screen.
