hi i know i am 3 years late in reply, with these inverters boards depends which mosfet fails ,they come in combinations of (gangs) of 3s or 4s i always change them as a whole bank, and controller ic sem2017. and resolder all smd parts around controller chip and area where the mosfets are short 99% of time works perfect i have had few transformers failing but rare dont go off the heating marks misleading guys, i also do the kit with intructions on ebay under proman (microtechservices) hope it helpsother techs, i know its a old inverter

Hi reece sorry for the delay in reply
i am the 1 that supplies the kit on ebay with up rated mosfets and fuse and controller ic, but the magic thing is the long instructions i provide, you need to do,the parts are the same but its doing what i have laid out, you will need a inductor meter, and 45 min of your time to do the inverter repair to the tee. Or else it will fail in 1 hour or 2 days i hope my kitselp all fellow techs keep me posted

                Re: Ssi_400_14a01

The sem2107 chip should be replaced as well, might as well replace all the FETs as well.

Rehashing a old post, but searching ssi_400_14a01 pulls this post up first, so figured I'd post my answer 😉
