      4.80K Ohms one way ad open the other other way, if we are talking about this chip, Is this a digital Mosfet?

        It is just a diode for the negative power supply section. So it is OK.
        You should try new startup/running cap I mention in the earlier post next.

            replaced C117 cap today, still same erradic reading on all pins of IC101, thinking bad IC101? won't start? what do you think next step is. Thank you

                the IC needs VCC 15VDC typ Voltage for it to start (range is 13.2~16.8VDC).

                Is this TV being tested with the Sc and SS boards connected? either of those shorted can may present a No LED, No blink. Might be worth checking just in case


                I'm not sure if this info applies to US models, you don't have green LED on start up, just red.

                      I am having the same problem with my power board there is no dc volts at c102. i get 5 v and it fluctuates but when i remove the ic101 the voltage slowly increases
