That board fail in my TV as well. In my TV, clearly I could see a difference at a test point, at one of the ICs.

I did your suggestion in post 9 on the tv in my thread and they all read the same. I still cannot find the problem. If you search kneeman can see my thread.

These test points I'm talking about. One of them, had a different reading then the rest.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I am having similar issues with the same set and wanted some advice. I get 4 blinks after the screen starts up. I checked the test points on the LD board and they all seem to start at 2.84V at boot than drop to .040 second later .025 than they fail at .384volts. My screen does look funky and wondering if this is the led if so are several of them bad ?

To me, it seems like you have bad LEDs.
You will have to take apart the screen.

Ok what am I looking for do I take apart the screen and actually check individual leds to see if they are illuminated and replace individual leds?

Is there a way I can text the voltage going out to the led strips on the LD board?

To me, it seems like you have bad LEDs.
You will have to take apart the screen.

All, just want to say thank you for this thread. I had same issue on my KDL-46NX720. I removed the BL_ERR line from pin #3 from the PS connecter and taped it ground (back of the TV) and now the TV has been working for 2 straight days, burn in. Much appreciated.
