I had somewhat similar situation where looks someone had sprayed some sort of chemical on the display and leaked down to the cables, however not as bad as yours.
After I cleaned mine, luckily the cable was ok but found a small a blown trace and a couple of burnt capacitors. I managed to fix the trace by jumping with a fine wire and replaced two burnt caps. TV came back to life with beautiful picture.

Curious if you can connect the left side (working side) to the right (not working)! You will need to maneuver the Tcon board and ground it but I think this will for sure tell if:
1. LCD is good or not &
2. Confirms if issue with the Tcon.

Finally fixed by replacing the MB as I could not source a major component that I am confident is the culprit, the CPU.
All the MB voltages read correctly however they kept resetting which after further investigation pointed to the CPU. I did try reflow the CPU using my Hot air station for nearly 8 min at 480C but did not help. I would have liked to replace the CPU but I could not find online.
So I ended up buying a brand new MB not exactly the same but it worked. This MB is same PCB layout but missing one USB and...Leave a comment:

Actually your readings are all correct which means your MB voltages are correct and most likely your MB is ok.
The service manual shared in #15 is wrong on L204 & L2001 readings. They are reversed. L204 should be 1.5V and L2001 is 5V. I verified these readings from a working MB which I fixed in my TV, same model number and same MB. For reference, I am attaching the MB voltage test points....Leave a comment:

That would be awesome! How much do you want for it? And is known to be a working one?
I do think the Tcon is probably faulty as well as one of the blue LEDs does not turn on when tested outside the circuit/tcon board. There are 3 blue LEDs, 2 are fine.
However, my Tcon board is not getting power from the MB at all and that is where my focus is. The Tcon board is suppose to get 13Vdc from the MB on LVDS pins 47...51, either LVDS connected or not, no 13V. Thanks...Leave a comment:
