Vizio VW37L no picture after 5 min

Vizio VW37L on any input after about 5 minutes or so the picture will go out. I still have sound and a backlight just no picture and can not see the menu during this time either. Sometimes if I wait a while it might come back for a bit but then will go out again. I'm thinking in the main board or Tcon any ideas??

Monitor the DC Voltage on the SMD fuse (check Voltage on both ends of the fuse) of the T-CON board to see if that goes away when the pictures disappear.

do not see where that fuse is. could you please mark it on this pic? Thanks!

The fuse F1 (1.5A/63V) is to the left of the connector with 'TK' printing on top.

TK 1.5a/63v Just left of the LVDS connector.

can you believe I got it apart to a point I can test that voltage and now the thing won't act up.

Try reseating the cables, tight up all the board mounting screws since the ground connections are made through the board mounting screws.

OK it did it but get the same voltage before and after picture goes out.

Check the voltage on that 1.5V regulator IC US2.
