Vizio SV370XVT - white screen with streaks

Getting white streaks and lines - sound and channels work fine with remote, but no picture. Most probable thing the T-con?

yes- check the fuse on the tcon then when connected voltage with respect to ground. Also if you havent already clean the flat cables and reseat.

I'm going to put a bet on this being a bad panel. Non repairable unfortunately.

Try having one ribbon cables between the LCD panel and the T-CON board connected one at a time to see what you get.

First photo is with right ribbon connector removed (looking at back panel).
Second photo is with entire T-con board removed - I noted the formation on the right side that looked like spilled liquid - would this indicate a bad display or would new boards correct?

Can try and do a tab bond fix and see if it will last a little longer. Do you have freezing spray? Does the panel do anything if you flex it back and forth?
